We're thinking the same thing. The cock points upwards, whereas the prostate is located below—basically the opposite direction—especially when the *uke* is positioned facing downwards. I can't quite explain it clearly, but I hope someone gets what I mean. I wonder if the artist actually paid attention to this? Because even just as a reader, I noticed details like this.

I know not everyone is going to research anatomy, but if you're going to draw internal/x-ray shots, then it's the least you can do.
