I don't really know their names but the mc wasn't dating anyone the only had a little kiss with the eldest brother and it's because he was in a venerable state and while the eldest brother just wanted to use him for his inferiority complex he had against his Junior bro (who is the ml and also the mc best friend then) and it was the eldest brother that cut ties with his family and I think the ml is really taking advantage of his amnesia, maybe they where never dating and he just lied that they are.
