I read this BL years ago. It was on wattpad so I didn't bother to save the title since it was on my library and it was MTL. However for some reason it's gone and I haven't forgotten it and it's been 4 years since I started looking and I haven't found it again

It’s a Chinese BL/danmei novel about an MC who is reborn after a tragic first life. In his first life, he cheated on his boyfriend (the ML), they broke up, and the MC later suffered badly before eventually dying after his liver was taken by the person he cheated with. (And yes ML took revenge on the guy and still love MC)
He is reborn to his high-school years in the early 2000 or something and gets together with the ML again. Yes very fast.
