Err, I only remember the ending so spoilers for that. It's a BL manwa and the art was stunning
Supernatural beings exist, ML is a reaper and MC dies at the end after falling from a building only to become a reaper himself (although ML doesn't know for a while and is seriously depressed about MC's death)
