I think that Dohwan seems to be taking other people's feelings abit lightly in general, as is evident from the flashback we saw from his past relationship. He called it "being too honest for his own good" when confronted about not actually having a strong intention to stay with his ex and letting the breakup happen, but I think it's more than that. Not having as deep feelings for the other person, doesn't absolve him from caring how he expresses himself so as not to hurt the other person even while being honest, especially since he agreed to get in a relationship with them.
Maybe he's had some experiences in his life that made him avoidant or are holding him back from connecting emotionally and being vulnerable? It's one thing to not want committed relationships and to just have a superficial dating life or hookups, but it's another to know the other guy is genuinely into you, growing feelings and all and Dohwan still chose to fuck around with him sexually. Which is why I kinda don't trust that he hasn't been interested in Yoonsang, but more likely that's he's avoiding admitting it to himself. I totally get him needing more time even if he DOES admit it though, I just hope that he doesn't supress his interest and his feelings subconsciously.
On a lighter note, HE TOOK THE PERFUME!! Poor Yoonsang, he had to be the responsible one between them while on a rut AND his fap material got taken away. T_T At least this could be used as an excuse down the line for Dohwan to give us a "Since I took the perfume away, you can smell the real me" or something lol
