Nah you're right tho, it barely look any different honestly... Only a minor change maybe(?) but it barely affected the story. Maybe only in terms of colouring which i notice they started to make Guwon look "more human" in some panel (and honestly it's quite noticeable as the story progressed, which also make sense) and make a vocal point on the eyes details.
Also I don't really draw on daily basic or make it a living, and I'm more of a traditional artists, sometimes i even forgot how to draw (not even kidding, i have to look at my timelapse video of my old art on how to do things) and that's totally okay cause by the end of the day, drawing is about skill and you have to keep drawing to make your body and your mind become "familiar" with it.
Especially after you take long hiatus (i didn't draw from years, before) it indeed affecting on how you draw... (〜￣△￣)〜 Sometimes you even pick up some new tricks and techniques on the way and it changed your style of drawing.
