right i’m so #withyou. i don’t actually think ml is lying about liking mc like so many seem to believe. i wonder if in his mind it’s a given that hes not to obtain what he wants, so he’s ok with expressing his desires bc of it. the abandonment dialogue was such a treat, too! and for mc to have it spelled out for him and still doubt it, so odd and beautiful. this jealousy arc is going to make me want to throw myself off a bridge, i gen cannot wait.
Yeah... Now that we’ve gotten a glimpse into Taeyoung’s past, I’m pretty sure that really was Taeyoung and not “Noah.”
He was saying it as Noah, but at the same time, it feels like he was secretly asking for himself too. Asking Jinwoo: What if I turn out to be even worse than what you’ve already seen? Would you still stay with me, or would you finally leave me behind?
Because it seems so clear that, despite what the public sees... within his “family,” Taeyoung is the one who is always having his dreams and decisions pushed aside because someone else comes first. He’s always the one who has to be second. Always the one who isn’t chosen.
Damn. I just realized the upcoming jealousy arc might actually end up being way more scary and heartbreaking than I expected.
