So basically, the "umbra" project at first was to help Enzo getting closer to the members of the outfit - btw, an "outfit" means a small organization kinda thing. Those members used to be Enzo's grandfather underlings and they had plenty of assets, buildings,... that they gathered, understanding them helps Enzo in knowing how to approach those assets. He learned that the person who has all the keys and can actually impact those assets was Vivian - the side lover of his grandpa - someone Enzo needed to get to carefully, using the "connector", and if he can do that, his grandfather will fall (heck yeah!). Rian agrees to help him now, but with conditions that they will remain to be partners even when things are done - not romantically but more like Rian will get to have all the shady infos he wants whenever he wants; and Enzo must remember Rian can always kick his butt aka Enzo is now on a leash. Fun stuff, then we have Vivian running away from a bunch of security now and problems may ensue.
