For actual spoilers on why i said i want to wait for season 3(or at least how i perceive what season 3 will be based on the endings in the novels), timeline is below but i wont provide chapters since its different for each site u go to( at least based on two sites from my experience wherein one had only until season 2 but was labeled 400ish, while the other site had until season 4 but is still only labeled until 400)

Season 1- ends when they finish the makpo train darkness and ROE gets abducted by Braun
Season 2- ends when ROE finally gets wish ticket but learns the truth and cant handle it and gets contaminated
Season 3- ends when they complete the original rescue mission of the disaster management bureau in sekwang high
I don't wanna spoil much but these are just markers. In a literal sense, I just dont wanna be the one accountable for ruining yalls "ride" so if u guys are really a curious "cat" like me , scour these comment pages for a novel link while its still early. Either save those links or read it while its still accessible. The choice is yours. I JUST FINISHED SEASON 4 AND IT ENDS WITH OUR BOY DYINGGGGGG
ITS SO FRUSTRATING OMG.
The author pulled a fast one by killing him at the last sec when he just found a way to save bronze and eun-jae. Bruh its like season 2 all over again.
Season 5 starts at chapter 333 and so far the chapter is only until 407 and author is on hiatus. Imma let this cook cus i aint great in taking suspense so refusing to start the new chapter should help.
Wat i can say if yall already met the tamara express in chap 1 and sekwang station part in chap 3, is that the answer was there all along. The author is really great at connecting dots
Reading this chapter feels so nostalgic now that I have read too deep through the novel. Like damn, now I gotta let this marinate and either wait 6 years for this to finish or at least wait for season 3 to be finished. I feel so much painnnnnnnn.
Tbh I felt the same way when I read the novel of Villians are Destined to Die. I was not even a year into the manhwa and I got cliffhanged too much i read the novel and finished it but then waiting for the manhwa release became a drag that i left it for 3 years until i just saw this summer thats its compeleted.
Im thankful for manhwas like this giving light to marvelous novels and helping me discover plotlines that ate out of this world and very grateful for the artists who pick this up and serves as the foundational visual reference for my imagination when im reading the novel. I hope many artists pick up great works like this in the future!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
