I’m at chapter 16 rn, and ngl MC’s stupidity is so irritating. Tell me why the MC is usually the classic coward , unable to speak up, but when he’s in a dangerous situation all of a sudden he’s an A-CLASS actor, able to pull off pretending like he’s a slut?!?! Where did that ability even come from??? And then afterwards he had chances to explain the situation BOTH from a simple text (he chose not to, since he wanted to do it person) AND in person but got scared AGAIN, choosing to say nothing.
Then months later his desperate ass decides to try and SEDUCE the ML instead of explain. What the utter fuck. He first-hand contributes to the misunderstanding that he’s a slut, because for whatever reason he gains the ability to act in the worst situations- but can’t speak during perfect opportunities. The inconsistency of his character is insane. He is so insanely dumb I can’t even look at him. - - On another note, I’ve read about pathetic stalker-like bottom mc’s before. And those other stories were way better. In those stories they actually have passion and plans. This one, is just dumb, pathetic, and desperate. It’s a shame cause I like the art and character designs, but the personalities are so ass.
