They had good chemistry at the start, but it fizzled away with that whacked ending, what even was that conflict and resolution? the top suddenly blurting out that he's not serious would've made sense if he's the one who wanted to keep the rs under wraps coz he cares about his reputation as a playboy, but dude was also the one who leaked their rs and stopped talking to girls. It's like author was conflicted on making a douche ML when they clearly can't pull it off, so they settle for dialogues that doesn't match the character's actions and so there's a disconnect. MC was too whiny for me at first, but considering that he was basically a shut-in that uses BL as his ideals, it still makes sense why he's so unrealistic, also he did improve a bit later on, it's kinda annoying how he's easily swayed even after the breakup tho but I'll give it leeway again to him being inexperienced and blinded by his attraction to the ML on that
