Somehow what pisses me off the most is him not even giving Taeui the chance to explain himself, like, at all ! ARGH !!! I hate how this is written !
The situation is already bad as it is, but this just amplifies the frustration tenfold because of the unfairness of it all. Let's say Ilay had heard out Tae and still decided to go through with this shit, be it as "punishment" or because he flat out didn't believe him, whatever, it wouldn't be nearly as anger-inducing because you don't expect much rationality from Ilay anyway. But him not even letting the man speak is just... ungh.
