I feel like that this is more complicated then it needed to be. Or I read it wrong. First him entering a clan work for two years then ask to leave instead of just leaving. And if he wanted to he could have went into isolated training for his revenge. The he played the part of the spy. Felt unnecessary. And him fighting the guy on the ceiling. I onmy read up to that point because the pacing felt rushed and the story felt like it was more problems then it should have been. The point of him wanting to get stronger and not wanting to act like a demonic member was the first two chapter plots. But he had already been doing that when he feed them poison and put himself in a position to work under a clan he wasn't going to stay at. Maybe there is a bigger picture but I am not into it.
