I have such complicated feelings for this story. Initially I didn't like the blackmail-ish style of them getting into the weird relationship start they had. Along the lines I did see their chemistry and the complex emotions/thought process was good. But then in the middle I sort of stopped feeling anything? I started feeling more anxious about the relationship than Mihyeon himself lol I just felt there were... A lot of things left unspoken. Like they confessed to each other but it didn't feel they transitioned into a relationship until the side stories. Which where damn short!! Still it felt very ordinary they way they interacted with each other and stuff.. which was actually quite realistic and fun. I guess I've read too many stories where the characters can be open about dating. In Korea lgbtq+ isn't widely accepted yet and they're quite conservative. As hell. Especially with the lowering birth rate. So it's sad they have to keep it under wraps from their own family and like can't hold hands in public. But that's everyday life for some queer people. I also feel there was some unexplored stuff regarding Mihyeon's family. He dropped out of school during middle school??? And his family didn't think to look out for him? The Kpop industry is extremely predatory. They prey and take up so much time out of young people's life only to fail and exploit them. But anyway. Solid 6 out of 10.
