And like the reviews on NU, it was indeed a good story. I'll rate it a 5/5. I don’t like reading angst but I can say it is just the right amount. The characters also showed character development which made the end worthwhile. I wish we could have more side stories so she could discuss that dream with Theo; it feels like foreshadowing, imo. Still, I have no regrets reading the novel and would in fact recommend everyone to do so at least once. Everything is tied together properly, without fillers just to make the story longer or redundant.
As the story is short, it took me a day to finish it, I definitely recommend reading from Chapter 1 especially as there are many scenes in the novel that was opted out which imo really help build their romance. Anyway, I don’t think I’ll read it again, well in the near future, ‘cos I’m the type of reader that is too emotional and attached to the characters so I tend to be hurt so much. Still, with my emotions now after reading it, I'm just glad I get to read Vanessa and Theo's story.
