I’m thinking he didn’t actually love Henry as much as he thought. He’s only more drawn to his physical attributes because those are what Henry gave away the most, they weren’t “his”. Victor acts this way and rejects the one who I’m assuming is the closest to Henry emotionally. I think Henry did love Victor, but hated victors inability to admit his feelings so he slept around waiting for validation. He’s also sick though because he probably slept around the way he did and used it as a “I’m still here with you tho Ik where home is”
