I love how deep and complex Pico has made Tera's character. He's not a bad person, but he was someone who grew up in bad circumstances which lead him to this kind of life. We see with the Boy that Tera is gentle and caring, and how he wants to change from his the atrocious acts of violence that the Black Death has him committing. I hope Tera gets the change he is seeking and has a happy ending for the rough life he has lead, even more so if he gets a happy life with the Boy.
