But I always kinda uneasy with this sort of relationship (I'm on chapter 27 btw) where there kinda a couple but also like master/servant (and I don't mean BDSM lol)? Like I have this ingrained feeling that a couple is 2 people on equal footing that are comfortable with each other and even if a relationship started as an employer/employee thing (because it happens), once people become a couple, they're equal at least in the personal relationship. And here the main couple still have this employer/employee or master/servant sort of dynamic even though they have a friggin baby together. Idk feels super weird to me, I'd feel super uncomfortable calling my partner "Mr" or "sir" (again don't mean BDSM stuff lol) but here maybe it's a language thing idk. Sorry about this late night rant
