I have a ton of mixed feelings about this. I went into this knowing that the ml would be a red flag and kept that in mind throughout the whole story and that there would definitely be rape or sa. I heard a lot people talking about how the ml (jaemin) owes up to taeyoon so I thought we would see his ass get dumped but in a peaceful break off yk? yeah no not only did this man not own up to that fact he sa’d the mc but he also keeps going on abt change?! yes this is indeed a changed man but the past still remains and it fucking pisses me offff. I guess I still expected to see them together in the end but i really hoped they would go their separate ways because that felt the most appropriate after allat.
after reading the last two chapters, i realised that this new relationship is healthy and I respect that a ton and I see the effort the ml made which is refreshing to see. overall this read was actually pretty good. I didn’t like the ending that much but the redemption arc was lit and the part that gave me hope in manwha again. but some of y’all r genuinely weird for supporting jaemin after literally sa’ing the mc. GUYS WAKE UP. SA IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. I have decided to support the couple if we get side stories but y’all need to understand that jaemin was INCREDIBLY TOXIC and that rape is still rape. drunk people cannot consent and thats simply the truth.
I really can’t emphasize the importance of consent and mutual agreement before having sex or making any large decisions and a lot readers need to realise this too. the manwha itself wasn’t that bad but the fact the community and readers r glazing jaemin is just unacceptable.
