there we go… I’m thinking if he’s getting ‘dreams’ of her dying in the previous timeline, then that means the previous timeline’s Arma was alive enough to know (maybe even witness) her death. In other words, he actually didn’t die protecting Roselyn. He probably went into hiding, so he could escape from the drama with the throne succession. And MAYBE he felt regrets that Roselyn had to suffer that whole time all alone? I don’t know, if that’s really how it is, then it makes me feel conflicted… Because it means he lowkey used her, meanwhile she’s trying to push him away because she genuinely cares about him.
