I’m confused, why do you say the Other God is a fraud? MC having imposter syndrome makes sense since he just appeared from another world and used that to his advantage ala Road to El Dorado, but the Other God isn’t actually his ex.
They take a face from the viewers memories and wear it to manipulate who they speak with. So I’d say that’s already very much a step above what anyone else can do, as well as taking into consideration they seem to have foresight surrounding the movements of those around them, the plague and future events/what others are going to ask them. So if not a god, they must be some sort of elevated being.
Truth be told, Sunwon is more God like than the Illusion master of This Sun kingdom as His policy is Give and Take and This illusion master feels like a real scammer who will use ur brain to manipulate u n then leave u with nothing... that's a Selfish king behaviour not a God's. I love how both opposite cultures have their thoughts about their God, One is saying that their God needn't do anything more because he already did more that could ever wanted.
And the other is saying that their God is like a parent who watch over them with care because it's the beings he made or is responsible of taking care of them because he made them.
Who is the fraud here you ask? We already know that mc is a fraud in the first place, and the other one which is MC's ex can be a fraud too, so that gives us two options.
1: both of them is a Fraud with different ideologies on how it should be done.
And
2: MC is the fraud but the question remains, why is his rule so much better than the real God?
