In the first panel, you can see the Top’s mother strangling herself with an object when he was little.

Then, in the second panel, you see the Top’s brother with another man and a woman in a room, taking drugs and having sex. The Top and Director Jin suddenly show up. While the Top is trying to get hold of his brother and drag him out, his brother manages to strike him with a syringe containing drugs, causing the Top to be under their influence of drug.

Despite this, the Top manages to drag his brother outside and throw him into the trunk of a car. He then tells Director Jin to put his brother in the basement and feed him from time to time.

After speaking with Director Jin for a while, the Top leaves and heads home to the Bottom.
