I read the book awhile ago, so not sure if it's 100% accurate. Abel gets captured by Truyde. He's obsessed with Abel but it's a twisted love. They say that he is doomed to fall in love. Since he's a sadist, he tortures Abel to satisfy his twisted love.

I don't remember how it happened but yeah he managed to escape.
I gotta say, Truyde sure is the intelligent villain I've ever seen in a story (maybe it's just me)... but Goddammmnnnn, that man... ╥﹏╥ and just like that, Kara's plans just got thrown out of the window when Truyde got wind of it. I wish it was abit longer and they totally didn't learn about it but well I guess the story has other plans. I wonder what'll happen from here. Any spoiler what happened next?? Novel spoiler??
