Koean society is mostly homophobic. So,it’s not easy for queers to be expressive about their sexuality, hence… the unawareness and prejudice against queer people. Also, they are high school kids, they are supposed to unlearn and relearn a lot of stuff around this age.
I like this series but
I don’t understand why the writer has to keep saying men are supposed to find each other disgusting that’s literally not true. It’s so early 2000s coded with the homophobia like let’s move past thinking homophobia is the default
