This story was super promising from the start. I mean a manger and a hardcore fan IS intriguing but I feel like it all kinda amounted to??? Like it felt this dynamic was hardly explored and kinda just a thing yet it revolved around this aspect. I'm also confused abt the conflict, it felt serious only because the tone of the story proposed that idea, but in actuality as a reader I was like "so?? he thinks you have a crush on ur idol and???" Like I get being mildly offended but it's such an easy clear up. Plus I feel like that being a honed in conflict to follow up with a much more real conflict of losing your dream and realizing what u really wanted in the process, wasn't able to be explored . So the manhwa felt kinda dry, it didn't want to stay lighthearted, yet revolved around conflict that was minor, pushing away the greater conflict. Not to mention their relationship felt dry...like bros with extra steps . Idk I was tryna like this but in the end I kinda felt disappointed. Hopefully their other work is more flavorful and they stick to their own tastes a bit more.
