It's like, initially it was going not too bad. A bland start, but I did think it was quite comedic, which was nice and I thought that it would continue down that path where it's two teachers bickering over some one sided love and stuff but NO it did not, it went through such a turn that I got a bit taken aback.
The progression overall was to say, pretty shitty. There are so much more ways that this could've been written to showcase the depth of their intentions further and at least give us something to justify their actions a bit but tbh it's almost just a linear sad backstory + savior plotline, making the read feel pretty shallow considering the stuff they've done to each other up till the end. What's worse is the resolution. They all recovered way too quick. They all just flew by the problems that seems like it would take much more time to resolve. I did like that Imarin had a bit more of complexity in his thoughts compared to the others, even if tbh in the end it was meh but still.
There's also Shion and Takahashi that seems like they turned a genuine fucked up action into more of a comedic/ irrelevant part of the plot. Like fym "I made you drink aphrodisiac and forced you to @ss@ult me and recording it" in one panel and after that it was treated like it was nothing what like??? Is Takahashi genuinely lobotomized or something, cause both his and Shion's writing is ass and tbh it would've been better if they had zero dynamic and stayed separate instead of romanticizing and surfing past whatever the hell possibly even went on with them.
