Ohh damn I thought those stabbing gestures were supposed to signify that he’s practicing to stab himself… and I thought him asking Baekhee is there’s anyone famous/infamous for anything from Gicheon since if he did commit suicide he’d also become like a sort of stain to Gicheon (?) no idea anyway that makes more sense that he’s trying to find if there’s any murderer but if he was trying to find someone it doesn’t really foreshadow that much…but at the same time if I were the author I’d make it really subtle for the plot twist to happen
The worst part is realizing that Yang Il-woo actually went to Gicheon intending to kill someone—most likely his father's murderer—and then commit suicide; that Baek-hee wears leggings to hide the scars his father left by burning his legs; and that, judging by the dialogue in the first season, the future awaiting them is difficult but not hopeless.
