this is my second time reading reunion, and i’m really not the type of person to reread manhwas ever. i tend to remember the plot too much, or i can’t really get into it because i know what’s going to happen.
but with a story like reunion, you can really reread it about a million times over and still thoroughly enjoy it because there’s truly not a lot of manhwas that are made in such a well-made manner, especially when it comes to scenes where we’re going from the past to the present. you never get confused about what’s going on, and the transitions between those timelines are absolutely seamless, and they blend together perfectly. the story writing is absolutely phenomenal, the art is fantastic, and the characters are absolutely wonderful. it’s such a wonderful fucking story. just the premise is fantastic. it’s executed perfectly.
i just wanted some lovely side stories. i know i had the same thought last time, because why wouldn’t i? it makes sense that a story like this simply wouldn’t, just because sometimes when the actual plot is so good, it needs a solid line finish, and we can’t have that excess fluff because it takes away from the amazing plot. but i just want it badly. i just want it.
