The best thing about this story are its characters. I love them. The plot and execution? Half-baked at best. This is a regression story, not a transmigration, and it makes me so mad that the “book” is brought up so many times as a plot point only to be dropped by the end.
I love the ML. His design is flawless. The female character is fascinating, but with too many plot holes and weird inconsistencies for me to really love her. She’s badass but also very confusing.
I wanted to love this, and based purely on how fast I binged and enjoyed it—I would give it an outstanding rating. The plot and inconsistencies could easily make someone end up rating this abysmally because they are so incredibly jarring.
We need more male Yandere villains that are deeply infatuated with their FL.
