you’ll understand why i said this. this is actually a good story, the characters are well fleshed and they’re treated very nicely. i think this story would be more enjoyable when you’re in the mood for fluffy lighthearted stories not when u want something heavy. i do agree that this could be tighter but honestly? the flashbacks was necessary to bring up so many context and history between them. it took me three times to actually read this, and all three times was when i was a different version of myself, it just so happens that this was perfect on my third try
