it's because they are both alpha. the mark will only turn to symbol when alpha and omega mate. if I'm not mistaken the author did mention that if they put an effort ,they can move their scar so only they can recognise it or something but the shape won't change . I think that's why the author make the au to show what their mark could be ^^
So? Am I the only one wondering why they didn’t get their marks/tattoos?
