Or that scene where Lytro or wtv his name was is watching the circus show and thinks to himself "I wonder if Malaki and the kids are enjoying themselves", meanwhile Malaki is with the slave trader...
Idk who's responsible for this kind of foreshadowing but it's neat, and at times diabolical, work for a story this morally fucked up.
