He had some sort of OCD, obsessing over being clean and not smelling bad, due to childhood trauma.
I guess the other obsessive feelings stem from that, as people with OCD are prone to have obsessive personalities.
I don’t know if I missed it or it wasn’t mentioned, but what does he have? What kind of illness? I mean I get that’s it’s mental, but was it clarified somewhere what exactly is he dealing with?
