I’m on team Ian, I love characters like him! They’re an expert in their field and they know it, so they’re not shy to flaunt their skills. If you wanna you get close to them you better match their wavelength. ofc some bs like “you’re not marketable anymore” would be the only thing taking him down because no one values their effort.
