by calling that fake boyfriend of his while sleeping with he's alpha and he accidentally say that "you told me I need pheromones for the baby in my womb" I don't exactly remember what he said because it's not an official translation, but I guess he said it that way. so yeah he heard it while they talking in the phone.
yeah I actually hate the fact that he tried to hide that he was pregnant with his child. I also hate it when he got mad that the alpha secretly got engaged without telling him when he did the same.
