The uploader explaines a bit at the end of the chapter. So, when dojoon wanted to save mc they both were regressed to dojoon’s past. ML got dragged in dojoon’s past. And this is my theory, ML’s past self is the one we see, but his “past” somewhat changed to adapt dojoon’s past… I explained myself awfully but I tried

Dojoon indeed went back 12 years ago (highschool timeline) his wish was to ask the tutor if he really wanted to die (unplugged hus life support) coz had some regrets in his 30s whether it was the right decision.
While Jaewon's wish is to have someone stay with him forever coz his parents and grandma all left him. Which was definitely was sad, I feel bad for him losing his parents and then his grandma dying of old age.
IIRRC, their wish MIXED in together Jaewon should have isekai-d or something but actually went back in time with Dojoon and he thinks it's the novel his reading which is not

So ml was actually a real person in mc world all along, both are actually older, ml went back in time, while mc... idk he just popped there, but wouldn't the past him be alive somewhere?
