The alien is way above regular human ranks as his world/planet used magic/mana like we use air and electricity, but the issue is the body he zapped into was defective (the guy smoked, which ruined his lungs and the lungs are one of the most important part of using mana/magic) so he's basically a pro wrestler in the body of a twink. He can knows the moves, but he can't execute them to the level he should without some help (mana potions)
I mean, it's the fucking truth that he is F-rank, cause the owner of real body kinda messed up, I think, I did read a comment bout the Alien true rank or power actually SS class maybe ? Or EX ?
