The top is kind of a red to black flag but not so much so. Later down in the series you can see how his personality changed. There isnt any sa so far and its really worth the read.
there is SA.. but it cross the dubious part.. For short a dubcon= dubious consent
if you read Passion and felt kinda bad for xinlu there then this story is worth reading. this is about xinlu's character growth and moving on from taeui to his new lover yuri. xinlu and yuri's dynamic is definitely lot less red flag-y compared to ilay and taeui's relationship. he's still an obsessive freak though, that's kinda on brand for Passion.
as for SA, YES there is a scene with sa in it. yuri gets very drunk and xinlu fucks him in that state - their first time 'having sex' actually - though if it helps yuri isn't traumatised by it or anything. iirc every other sexual encounter is consensual tho xinlu is a bit pushy, but that's pretty common in yaoi anyways.
xinlu is physically abusive to yuri at the start though that stops eventually and he continues being obsessive throughout the entire story. personally i think his obsession with yuri is his charm but he's not a green flag. i would not read any of the Passion stories if i were looking for a green flag character actually, esp the tops.
