ooh true and i would not be suprised if mok is an unreliable narrator. He doesnt know nanjo either really. I also think it is a response to the roles being reversed, like nanjo was subjected to mokyeon's whims for so long he's really enjoying the power he has over him now. we saw a little bit of that when they went on a date and had a shower as well.
People complaining about Nanjo asking "who is this, where is the real him" as if they knew him personally lmaoooo accept you don't know him, you only knew a glimpse of him through Mok's eyes, the rest is pure mystery that will perhaps be uncovered when we get his pov.
