This one is a really good read I do have a bit of spoilers for the future via the novel, because I was not about to let myself get dragged into another story where the MC ends up with her brother not brother. The father isn't like the dads and other stories where he prioritizes the MC over all his other children, according to the novelty loves all three of them equally! So no worries on that part :)

The mother who died at the beginning did not lay three eggs, it was only two but it was believed that she laid three due to the MC's bird egg being there. There was never three eggs it was always two. There is no secret sibling who's going to pop up later. The switch between the eggs never happened as the mother defended herself and her eggs, and mc was just hastily left behind as the plan failed.
