When the author said she imagined this concept and plotline to be a hot mess she was so right but once she said ts is a dark comedy in disguise everything just made sense. For a debut work, this was rly engaging despite the sa and forced sex trope being almost too hard to get through and to me the smut is hardcore, but once the top starts falling fr it gets rly good…the chase, the angst, the smut, you almost can’t ask for more
