Even if he(human) actually eats that sausage, he's going to say something like, "Oh, it's not like I have romantic feelings for him, I'm just doing him a favor or something," and the vampire is going to have that frustrated look on his face forever because this human's mind is in another galaxy or something.
I don't want to read this anymore. The human shows no romantic interest in the vampire; it's rather disappointing and disheartening to read about an eternal unrequited love.But oh well, I guess that genre isn't for me, a slow burn that never ignite .
