I personally think the older bitch brother being like that is the whole point, he acts like that cuz he was spoiled and always put first where jaeyi wasn't even considered not once thats what the whole chapter is about. If he would've felt like what jaeyi felt even a bit his personality wouldn't be like that and he wouldn't have behaved like that. Parents are jerks, older one is jerk thats it.

i know being sick is sad, i know when he's in the hospital there's moment where he's alone just like jaeyi being alone in the house, i know there's moment he feel like being abandoned maybe just like jaeyi(idk this part bc they havent give us flashback for this guy) but holy fucking crap, their personality is so different now that he's just a fucking asshole now in my eyes (╬￣皿￣)凸
