And honestly, you’re literally right cause even now at the grown age, my mom is constantly telling my brothers to be considerate of me and how this really made me upset, etc. and she’s always talking about how our bond should be strong. Keep in mind. I’m in my 20s like this is literally the same shit you’re so right.

This sibling dynamic is always very bitter to me. Firstly, both of the brothers are victims in this situation that’s number one right because they’re both children. A lot of parents fail to realize that The way they raise their kids essentially shapes the sibling dynamic. Your youngest son started to hate his older brother because you weren’t paying attention to him. Of course you’re paying attention to the oldest son because he’s sick. I have no expectation that you’re even going to pay the same amount of attention because that’s delusional, but you still have to pay, pour affection, and Time into your youngest, who isn’t sick. He is still your child that still needs just as much as attention, parenting & love. Older brother saying I heard what you said you wish I was dead. I would be mad at that as well. What the fuck I’m sick and I’m in the hospital all the time obviously I think you have it better than me. Who the fuck wants to be in the hospital? Who the fuck wants to be sick? Nobody. I just think it’s a shame that even after they both grew up and were teenagers they didn’t mend their relationship and work on it. That’s when it actually becomes a problem because the resentment has stayed there and now there is no brothership. Tsk tsk
