its the art, since its so gorg it really keeps u in it during the first read. Afterwards you realize how bland it is. I remember being so excited and waiting for this to update years ago (bc i kept up w it), and later re reading and feeling the " oh thats it?" also the premise was kinda new and that also on first read sticks
Why did I remember this being better the first time I read it and why did it also happen to other ppl lmao. Like I could’ve sworn this was SO good and now, after rereading, it’s bland af. Like it’s not bad, and nice for a quick read but I could’ve sworn this was so much better
