It’s not official, just my opinion, but I think it makes sense. Teach has never asked or talked about it even just as narrative. I mean, if they were scars, they’d definitely be something that would trigger Teach’s curiosity. And it makes sense for them to be tattoos, especially since Guwon is literally covered in tattoos. He even has carabao skin tats.
I seriously doubt the author of THEEEEE Dangerous Convenience Store would let Guwon out like this, they're seriously cooking something . Plus who even assumed Guwon dies this easily with the stitches
