Looking for a manga

Hey. I remembered a manga I used to read but went by the way of the Dodo in the great "reading" purge.

The MC is named pyo wol he is a peddler kidnapped as a teen and spends 10 years underground training to an assassin. By the time I stopped reading he had white hair and red eyes, a slim build and used flying blades to kill people.

There's also a good friend who was killed by a secret group called 9 dragons
