I think you've missed the main point of the majority of complaints. It's not that the current appearance of the MC on its own vaguely resembles that of a child, but it's the combination of his size/facial characteristics/demeanor/mannerisms/reactions/expressions, particularly COMPARED to how he was portrayed up until the end of the 1st season. The choice of that visible shift seems deliberate considering how all these different elements have changed, which gives valid ground for alot of readers to observe that and comment about it.
Yes, if someone doesn't get any enjoyment out of the story because of these changes or whatever other reasons, they shouldn't keep reading it. But most of these comments aren't that extreme, it's just bound to happen every update because the difference is still rather staggering.
same, im an adult and my height is 4'10 and it was because of my parents genetic. My dad is short and my mom was like 4'8, and in my country there's a lot of short people here. Man and woman, but only a few; usually, it depends on the races. My country consists of various islands with different ethnic groups, and each of these groups has distinct characteristic. When compared to Westerners, it looks like the difference between dwarves and titans; even people of average height here are still shorter than some Westerners. There was a one time when i had an exam to speak with one of the tourist, he's from uk. Im standing next to him and in my mind all i can think is.... how tf is he that tall, he was 6'2 or 6'3.

Exactly my point. Like it's been a while the 2nd season started. please fucking stop with these same shitass comments. Complaining nonstop in an illegal website won't change anything. And the way these people react is also freaking annoying. I agree that in first few chaps of season 2 they actually got whitewashed and stuff but now they look like their old colour. People in this comment section act super miserable like either talk about the story or leave it. Your constant complaining won't change anything.

I just want to say if something's not your cup of tea. Please stop reading and save yourself from the disappointment! I'm 23 year old adult but I look like 15 year old teenager! I'm always mistaken for highschooler. I even know some guys( in my family) who are only 5 feet taller! I'm 4'10 feet. We do exist..I understand the disappointment. To me the mc doesn't look like a child. I was just a bit bothered by the whitewashing but art is too good to be disappointed. It's my opinion. You can have your own but I see the same complaints every week in the comment section and it's getting tiring and y'all started to sound miserable. You don't even pay to read this? I would've understood if your money was getting wasted...Just stop here and find something of your liking.
