I feel like with different manhwa the stalking would be a red flag for me, dangerous, psychotic, toxic. But here? Cozy. Safe. Clingy. Cute even. Is it because it is these two? Is it because the story with fenomenal storytelling and growth? Because Jake is not typical Korean manhwa yandere cray cray, but more like military inteligent mad type? Or because it is for Shin's safety and not creepy (only a lil bit) stalking purposes? Or is it bc Shin knows and is ok with it? Whatever it is it, makes the red flag green here for me. I guess you cannot judge a situation objectively, you have to look a case by case
Mostly because it's set in a dangerous environment. They not colleges, or alphas or whatever shit they come up with. Here people die, and we understand that it's Jay's way to ensuring Shin's safety, not to stalk him or control him (There is a bit of that too, but it all comes from a security pov)
iβd say itβs also because shin is now in control of the relationship and that he knows jake would stop if he told him because of how down bad he is. maybe before jake would stalk shin but now i think he just wants to make sure shin is safe so it feels different and wholesome
