I think his brother is just acting like a spoiled bitch. He was taught by his parents that he can get anything and everything he wants as long as he plays the victim card. And Jaeyi was condition to always give up on things because he was always second choice. His brother takes advantage of that.
Jiseong is a prick. A person can be sick but that's a body thing, not an attitude attribute. And Iduem and Jiseong's contrast i a very good example. They both experienced being sick as a kid and didn't really get to experience life as a kid outside. But Iduem isn't a prick who plays the victim, rather he is quite the opposite. I really hope this isn’t some “I’m gonna steal your man cz you broke my toy when we were kids” also I understand both parents and jaeyi situation, it was jaeyi’s birthday I think it would have been better if one parent was at the hospital while the other spent it with jaeyi taking turns, like morning with mom night with dad.
even if one of my child was ill I would make sure my other doesn’t feel neglected
